About Us

New Life Christian Centre is situated in the lovely beach side suburb of Adelaide, Christies Beach. For over 40 years New Life has conducted a vital Christian Ministry and been home to hundreds of people who have sought to follow Christ.

We are a member church of CRC Churches International, an Australian Born Movement of local churches (in the 1940s).

Over the years we have planted churches, sent out missionaries, trained people in local church ministry, and touched the lives of numerous people through sound Bible Teaching and the ministry of the Holy Spirit, as well as through counselling and other practical help.

Our ministry touches the whole family from children to the elderly, within the church, and the wider community. Also, we impact people in other nations through our World Missions activities.

At the heart of who we are as a local church is a deep desire to see the wonderful life-changing ministry of Christ continuing through His people to bring hope and new life to more and more people, locally and beyond to the nations of the world.

New Life is more than a catchy name. It is a reality for anyone who puts their trust in Jesus Christ. All our groups, ministries, and activities are aimed at helping people to enjoy this new life.

Vision

To be a thriving local church that is fulfilling the Great Commission of Christ: to proclaim the good news of Christ to all people, and to make disciples - followers of Jesus Christ, of all nations. Matt 28; Mark 16.

Mark 16:14-15, 19-20
14 Later Jesus appeared to the Eleven as they were eating; he rebuked them for their lack of faith and their stubborn refusal to believe those who had seen him after he had risen.

15 He said to them, "Go into all the world and preach the gospel to all creation."

19 After the Lord Jesus had spoken to them, he was taken up into heaven and he sat at the right hand of God.

20 Then the disciples went out and preached everywhere, and the Lord worked with them and confirmed his word by the signs that accompanied it.
